The hotel is conveniently located in the West Tower, offering clean and quiet rooms. The service is very friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable. The location is handy, just a couple of blocks from the downtown area in WI Rapids. The dining experience had some room for improvement, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.
